New Caterer! The Members of Lorain County Kennel Club invite you join us for a delicious dinner buffet on the show grounds open to all exhibitors on Friday evening (August 11). Dinner features Sliced Roast Beef, slow cooked to tender perfection, sliced and topped with Aus Jus Gravy, Portabella Mushroom and Asparagus tips garnish. Penne Pasta, in a roasted veggie sauce of Seasonal Market Vegetables, Sautéed and tossed with a White Wine Ragout. Sides are a Roasted Potato Medley of Redskins, Yukons, Russet, and Yams roasted in a sweet whipped butter garlic sauce, mixed with fresh herbs and a Gourmet Salad of Fresh Mixed Greens, Mozzarella, Dried Cranberries, Mandarin Oranges, and Almonds along with a mixed selection of Fresh Baked Rolls. Cake for dessert. Dinner will be served from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

Cost is $16.00 and meal will be served under cover. Deadline for reservations is August 1. You can download your reservation form here, get a copy from the Premium List when it is available or, in some cases, your specialty club will provide registration materials as part of their welcoming packet.
